Purchases & refunds
Full access to either product is a one-time payment. In plain terms:
- A six-month license on up to 3 devices. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
- Studying works offline; the app checks your key online once every 14 days.
- Refunds: 14 days, in good faith. Email sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com and we refund you. We decline only where abuse is evident (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles).
- EU/UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
The PMP readiness guarantee
If all three of these are true:
- your readiness score in the sprintBANK PMP app reached 85 or higher before your exam;
- you sat the PMP within 30 days of first reaching 85;
- and you did not pass,
email sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of your exam date with your PMI score report, and we extend your license by six more months at no charge.
One extension per purchase, applied to the same license key. This is an access extension, not a refund, and not a promise about exam outcomes. The separate 14-day refund policy above is unchanged, and exam results remain determined solely by PMI.
Privacy on this site
- What forms collect. The email forms on this site collect your email address, your checkbox choices, and which page or tool you used, solely to send you what you asked for. Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site.
- No trackers. No ad tracking pixels, no selling of data. No third-party analytics or ad trackers are used anywhere on this site.
- Anonymous tool events. The free tools pages also record anonymous, first-party usage events (page views, tool opens, and downloads; never anything you type, and never your branch of service) to improve the tools.
- Anonymous taster counters. The free PMP taster records first-party counts of page views, starts, progress checkpoints, completions, and button clicks. No cookies, no third-party scripts, and nothing that identifies you: each event is stored only as a daily total. Your answers stay in this browser and are never sent, and the only thing recorded about your result is a coarse band of low, medium, or high.
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and emailing sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com with "unsubscribe" works too.
