Purchases & refunds
Full access to either product is a one-time payment for a six-month license on up to 3 devices — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Studying works offline; the app checks your key online once every 14 days. Refunds: 14 days, in good faith — email sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com and we refund you. We decline only where abuse is evident (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). EU/UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
The PMP readiness guarantee
If all three of these are true — your readiness score in the sprintBANK PMP app reached 85 or higher before your exam; you sat the PMP within 30 days of first reaching 85; and you did not pass — email sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of your exam date with your PMI score report, and we extend your license by six more months at no charge. One extension per purchase; the extension applies to the same license key. This is an access extension, not a refund, and not a promise about exam outcomes — the separate 14-day refund policy above is unchanged, and exam results remain determined solely by PMI.
Privacy on this site
The email forms on this site collect your email address, your checkbox choices, and which page or tool you used — solely to send you what you asked for. No ad tracking pixels, no selling of data. Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. In-app data practices are described in each app's Privacy policy. The free tools pages also record anonymous, first-party usage events (page views, tool opens, and downloads; never anything you type, and never your branch of service) to improve the tools. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and emailing sprintBANKsupport@gmail.com with "unsubscribe" works too. No third-party analytics or ad trackers are used anywhere on this site.
